This illegal transfer was against the rules of the market and the acts of several meat vendors were ruining the business of many meat vendors. So, something has to be done or else they would go bankrupt and go out of business.
When this matter was finally bought to the attention of the market in charge, he refused to cooperate saying that only a small group was affected. It was wrong for him to fail to act, but we went ahead to starting a non profit organization. This organization will have more force if it is the one who will file a case.
